The Saudi Accreditation Center continues to perform its role as the national accreditation body within the quality infrastructure system in the Kingdom, in support of the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and enhancing confidence in the competence of conformity assessment bodies, in partnership with government entities and the private sector.

During its journey over the past five years, the Center has continued to strengthen international recognition of accreditation services from the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) in various fields. The Center's operations have also witnessed growth reflected in the national market, where the cumulative number of accreditation fields reached 19, and the total number of accreditations rose to more than 800 accredited bodies, alongside the implementation of specialized training programs that benefited many trainees, and the qualification of a large group of Saudi assessors and experts. With the completion of the first strategic phase, the Center is moving forward to implement its second five-year strategy (2026-2030) to enhance performance efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement. The Center affirms its commitment to impartiality, competence, and reliability, and welcomes the views and suggestions of partners in support of the development journey.
