Possesses a distinguished track record in HR strategy formulation, workforce planning, organizational development, HR digital transformation, and change management. Currently serves as General Manager of Human Resources at the Saudi Accreditation Center, where he led the establishment and development of the HR function, implemented governance and regulatory frameworks, and advanced institutional capability-building initiatives that support organizational sustainability and align with the Center’s strategic objectives.

Mr. Abdulrahman holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language from King Saud University and has enhanced his academic background with professional certifications in human resources, strategy, change management, and project management, including CHRM™, CIPD, and the HR Strategy Program from London Business School, in addition to professional certifications in project management and capacity building, supporting his leadership expertise in human capital development and organizational transformation.
